At Studio Minie, we believe in intentionality. To stay true to our mission of minimizing waste and avoiding the pitfalls of mass production, all items in the WYHOYS collection are created specifically for you.

We partner with Spreadconnect to handle our printing and logistics. This means your garment doesn’t exist until you order it. Here is how that process works.

1. shipping & production times

Because we utilize a print-on-demand model, your order goes through two phases: Production and Shipping.

  • Production: It usually takes 2 to 5 business days to print and hand-finish your items before they are ready to travel.

  • Shipping (EU): Once dispatched, delivery within the European Union typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your local postal service.

  • Total Wait Time: You can generally expect your conversation starter to arrive within 5 to 12 business days after your order is confirmed.

Note: During peak seasons (like the holidays), these times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience in choosing slow, conscious fashion over instant gratification.

2. shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. We ship from fulfillment centers within the EU to ensure the lowest possible carbon footprint and to avoid unexpected customs fees for our European community.

3. tracking your order

As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. returns & exchanges

Our goal is to create “made to last” pieces that you’ll wear for years. However, we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right.

The 14-Day Window: In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return your item.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • As a small business focused on sustainability, we ask that you double-check our Size Guides before ordering to help us reduce the environmental impact of return shipping.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Send an email to hello@studiominie.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. damaged or incorrect items

If we made a mistake (wrong design, wrong size sent) or if the item arrived with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.

  • In these cases, we will cover the costs of a replacement or a full refund.

6. lost packages

If your tracking info says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing after 3 business days, reach out to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
